A complete Housing Request Form must be submitted by a department for a guest to be eligible to stay in a UConn rental property and will allow Facilities Operations to reserve a house for that guest.

Rent is assessed for all University Rental Properties on a monthly or bi-weekly rate only. No proration will occur.
